The Judgy websites and the Judgy software-as-a-service platform are owned and operated by:

Caleido design produces support software for businesses and entrepreneurs, created to simplify and improve the way business owners work. Judgy is its platform for restaurants: fully customizable guest-feedback forms delivered through QR codes, with private results for the restaurant owner.

2. Governing Documents

Use of the websites and of the Service is governed by:

• Terms of Service — the contract for using Judgy, including subscription, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms;
• Refund & Cancellation Policy — a plain-language summary of how to cancel and when fees are refunded;
• Privacy Policy — how personal information is collected and used; and
• Cookie Policy — the cookies and device storage the Service uses.

3. Prices and Digital Delivery

Prices shown on the website are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated; the price applicable to your purchase, including any taxes, is displayed at checkout. Judgy is a purely digital service: no physical products are sold or shipped. Photographs and illustrations showing QR codes displayed in restaurant settings are examples only, showing how a printed QR code might hypothetically be used.

4. Hosting and Payment Processing

The websites and the Service are hosted on Google Firebase, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, with account, form and feedback data stored in Google Cloud data centers located in the United States. Subscription payments, invoices and the billing portal are handled by Stripe, our payment processor, on its own infrastructure; see the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

The Judgy name, logo, website design, software, text, and graphics are the property of Caleido design di Paduret Cristian or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission, except as allowed by the Terms of Service or by mandatory law. Copyright infringement notices are handled as described in Section 11 of the Terms of Service.
